Job Description
- Client and booking management for International Algarve Retreats at various venues (Yoga, Meditation, Dance, …)
- Answering booking requests (by phone/videocall and email) and create quotations
- Organizing/booking of excursions and experiences (e.g. surfing or sound journeys)
- Airport transfer arrangements
- Customer care like client check in at retreat venues
- Some social-media-/online-marketing and website maintenance
Job requirements
- Excellent English
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Passionate in sales and project management
- Long term commitment
- Highly motivated
- Ability of working free and independently
- Committed to retreats
- Online (wordpress) and social media skills
- Effective immediately
